The position will require India shared Service legal entity Statutory/Accounting /Tax Compliances which largely includes the key responsibilities as:
Financial analysis of P&L and BS on monthly /Quarterly/Annual basis
End to end local GAAP financial preparations for Annual Statutory audits as per IndAS (Converged IFRS) for shared service entity
Close Coordination with Statutory Auditors -Big4 for timely completion of Statutory/Tax Audits
Handling Intercompany Settlements for both India entities
Ensuring resolutions of Aged ICAP/AR reconciliations for both India entities
Ensuring local Banking compliance of India entities in close coordination with external bankers
Intercompany Forecast for India entities in close coordination with Singapore treasury team
Posting of P-13 JV in SAP
US GAAP to local GAAP Stat Reconciliation
Quarterly /Annual ITP Tax provisioning & Advance Tax calculations
Annual Transfer pricing Study /Tax return with tax consultants
Local regulatory compliance in coordination with local legal teams/Bankers
Other functional support to Stakeholders (India trade team, Transaction Tax team, GAR etc)
Support for Key Enterprise level projects as required


Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant having 2-3 years of experience from Industry or 2-3 Years from Consultancy firm having audit experience
