Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Graphic Designer to lead our design team.

As the Head Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing all design projects, managing a team of graphic designers, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual assets.

You will play a crucial role in elevating our brand image and delivering compelling design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
Oversee the endtoend design process, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with business goals.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual branding across all channels.
Create visually appealing and engaging designs for a variety of materials, including marketing collaterals, social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and more.
Stay uptodate with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and creativity within the team.
Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to designers, encouraging continuous improvement and creativity.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers, when required, to support design needs.
Ensure compliance with copyright and usage rights for all visual assets used in projects.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and print houses to ensure the production of highquality printed materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a track record of successful design projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering visually impactful designs.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
