    Description

    Team Leadership and Management:

    • Lead a team of Data Migration specialists, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to execute data migration projects effectively.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and clientfocused work environment.

    Data Mapping and Transformation:

    • Develop comprehensive data mapping and transformation plans to align data from other IP solutions in the market with the data model of the company's software solution.
    • Ensure that IPrelated data elements are accurately mapped and transformed to maintain data integrity and consistency during migration.

    Competitor Data Analysis:

    • Lead the analysis of data structures, formats, and schemas from other Intellectual Property (IP) solutions in the market.
    • Understand the unique data models and features of these systems to devise effective migration strategies.

    Automation System Development:

    • Design, architect, and build an automation system for mapping, transforming, and migrating data from legacy systems to the company's software solution.
    • Develop automation processes, workflows, and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline the data migration process.
    • Candidate should have extensive experience in leading data migration projects in the context of software implementation (15+ years).
    • Should have a deep understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles.
    • Should be familiar with automation tools and technologies, as well as database management systems and data integration platforms.
    • Experience in the Intellectual Property (IP) domain or related industries is highly desirable.
    • 5 days work from office is a MUST
