Description

We are looking for a young and aspiring L&D Trainer, preferably with a background in BFSI sector

1. Responsible of induction trainings and handholding of new joiners.

2. Overseeing business understanding and upskilling new joiners to help drive productivity numbers.

3. Manage business stakeholders across North India region.

4. Responsible for Attrition control for the region.

5. Deliver Product, process and behaviour trainings to vintage employee.

6. Use data to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of product and trainings and identify areas of improvement.

7. Engaging all associates with e-Learning initiatives on digital learning platfo

Role Requirement

1. Building rapport between business requirement and trainings needed.

2. Promote and support diversity and inclusion and ground level to foster inclusive and respectful work culture.

3. Design and deliver relevant trainings based on TNI.

4. Frequent interactions with the team to cascade information about Equity, Derivatives & TPP.

5. Aligning to the training needs of the mapped business function/s on a priority basis.

Desired Skill Set

An understanding of the Indian financial markets.

Having proficiency in MS Office.

Being detail-oriented and having a creative problem solving approach to work.

Good communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Needs to have strong people skills, be an active listener and exhibit pro-activeness.

Strong time management and organizational skills along with adaptability.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹65,591.41 per month
