    Description

    Hiring US Healthcare Recruiter || Infojini Consulting || Noida

    Job Description:

    • Sourcing the candidates from the portals like CB, Monster Dice.
    • Connecting them over the calls and having a good conversation with them.
    • According to the job description, checking the relevant resumes and processing their candidature.
    • Scheduling interviews
    • If get shortlisted collecting their documents and sharing it to Onboarding team
    • Restarting the process of hiring till the time didn't getting the selection on a specific role.
    • Following up with the candidates on each stage of hiring process.

    Candidate Preferred Profile:

    • Must be a Graduate
    • Should be comfortable with US Shifts
    • Must have experience from 0.6 to 4 years in Healthcare Domain
    • Good communication skills required
