Customer sales service refers to the support and assistance provided to customers throughout the sales process.- This includes answering inquiries, providing product information, guiding customers through purchasing decisions, addressing concerns or complaints, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for the customer.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and work together with the technical team to ensure a smooth installation and project completion.
- Effective customer sales service is essential for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty, and ultimately driving sales and revenue for a business.
- Individually mail drafting in response to queries from clients or requests for quotes.
