Job Title - IT Application Owner FTT - Enterprise Services**
Location - Pune, India

Role Description


The ITAO has a sound knowledge of development methodologies and the IT policies necessary to perform effectively in the organisation, aligned to the bank's appetite for risk.


The ITAO supports the bank's audit function in the remediation of audit points and self-identified issues in order to reduce risk.

They are responsible for producing and maintaining accurate documentation on compliance with methodologies, IT policies and IT security requirements. The ITAO interacts with and influences colleagues on the governance of IT platform reliability and resilience.

Your key responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage technical projects to maintain the existing services and services levels.
  • Manage software licenses and vendor contracts
  • Release Management
  • Capacity Management
  • Service Management Mid Range Servers

Your skills and experience

General skills:


  • Undergraduate Degree from an university (or equivalent diploma / work experience)
  • Broad and profound understanding of current tier 2 or 3 architectures (Frontend, Middleware, Backend) as well as the fundamental principles of software interfaces.
  • Hands on experience in core tools and processes like HP ALM, JIRA, SNOW.

Domain specific skills:


  • Expertise in banking domain.
  • Excellent knowledge of the following technologies are needed:
  • Mainframe/Java
  • Python, Scripting language
  • Cloud
  • DevOps CI/CD
  • Good to have
  • Oracle
  • Spark, Hadoop
  • AI, ML

People skills:
