Description
Collaborate with funding agencies to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in alignment with program requirements.- Conduct orientation and training sessions for field staff to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project duties and responsibilities.
- Work closely with field staff to identify and select beneficiaries from the community, contributing to the program's successful implementation.
- Engage government institutions as stakeholders to extend the program's reach and impact.
- Identify and enlist experts for beneficiary training, negotiating and finalizing terms of engagement.
- Periodically assess and optimize self and field staff performance, allocating resources effectively to enhance project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Address grievances related to field staff duties and responsibilities, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Conduct field visits as necessary to support program implementation and enhance the capacity of field staff.
- Identify and rectify any loopholes in the work and functioning of field staff, benchmarking performance standards and developing project implementation and monitoring tools.
- Document all pertinent information, including meetings and trainings, securing proper signatures and verifications from relevant authorities.
- Define and assign decisionmaking limits/powers to field staff.
- Monitor and report project outcomes to the designated reporting person.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government and community stakeholders.
- Verify and authorize payments related to the project.
- Oversee and coordinate the translation of communications for field training and press releases.
- Develop audiencecentric case studies for projects implemented at the field level.
- Maintain an updated documentation center for proposals, project documents, photographic and audiovisual materials.
- Establish and manage a database for easy retrieval of knowledge products, factsheets, and writeups.
- Support the sourcing of general projects based on scope, budget, time, and quality.
- Facilitate capacitybuilding initiatives for project staff through various training programs.
- Implement Social Impact Programs and awareness initiatives in accordance with scope, budget, time, and quality.
- Design critical processes and tools for the successful implementation of programs.
- Facilitate the sourcing of assistance and resources, including local expertise, networking, fieldlevel staff, and communication strategies.
- Develop a stakeholder engagement plan/matrix for project implementation in the operational region.
- Monitor project activities on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, evaluating progress against established milestones.
