Job Description :

We are seeking motivated individuals as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and facilitate sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication skills and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism.
5. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
7. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Excellent language proficiency in English and Hindi.
2. Proficiency in any of the following regional languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, or Telugu.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
6. Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
