Salary: 20k-32k
Requirements:
- Good command over written and verbal English is mandatory
- Should be cooperative with rotational shifts
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries via call
- Offering proactive assistance to customers
- Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their needs
