Description
Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce
websites/portals.

  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings,
content creation, distribution, and maintenance.

  • Work closely with different team like, marketing, sales to provide updated
content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.

  • Provide support to marketing agency.
  • Identify best practices regarding inventory, preorders, and pricing
policies.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to
detail.

  • Responsible for process order and advertising on sites like Flipkart,
Snapdeal, Amazon, etc. as well as our website.

  • Managing stock availability of all products.
  • Driving the sales performance of the ecommerce platform.
  • Managing & executing promotional campaigns and offers.
  • Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment
selection and identify assortment gaps.

  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely
resolution of customer issues or comments.

  • Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order
to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales
by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bhagal, Surat , Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Ecommerce: 2 years (required)
