You will be working with the in-house design and marketing team on the following:

Interact with customers via telephone and chat, building genuine rapport and understanding their Jewelry preferences and requirements.
Conduct detailed consultations to recommend suitable jewelry designs products that align with the customer's style and requirement.
Develop an indepth understanding of Aurus and MOI offerings
Craft compelling sales pitches that showcase luxury of Aurus and MOI products, emphasising quality, design, and value.
Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Guide customers through the ordering process and xcollaborate with the order processing team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Gather customer feedback and insights regarding products sharing valuable input with the product development and marketing teams.
Stay uptodate with jewelry industry trends and fashion influences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Retail or a related field is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using telephony and chat platforms, as well as CRM software.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Fashionforward mindset with an understanding of style trends and personal styling techniques.
Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and customer preferences.
Customercentric attitude, empathy, and problemsolving abilities
