Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Qualify leads to determine if they are a good fit for our services
  • Manage existing accounts and upsell current customers on additional products/services
  • Provide excellent customer service to all prospects and customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements:

-
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a telesales role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and provide solutions to customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary:
From ₹12,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
