Key Responsibilities:


Core:


  • Knowledge about warranty, AMC, CAMC obligations & invoicing.
  • Knowledge of Order processing, Tender Submission, GEM, Payment Followup, EMD & PBG etc.
  • Knowledge about GST, Invoicing, Customs Clearance, Inland Freight & Packing etc.
  • Handling customer/distributor communication for Delivery and documentation.
  • Exposure to Channel Partner management & working with a distributor
  • Coordination with Customer, Dealer on delivery & other issues.
  • Knowledge of SFDC/ SAP/Service ERP for Order Processing(Must)
  • Knowledge of Finance rules like GST, TDS,TCS & finance reports.
  • Capability of Handling communications with Japan Head office for order processing, delivery arrangement, etc
  • Processing Vendor registration, PO & Payment.
  • Payment Overdue follow up.
  • Report generation related to service & sales tasks, Backlog, Order Intake, Pending payment, EMD status, PBG status, Vendor form and pendency chart etc.
  • Ability to work as a team member with Service, sales & Application

Desired:


  • At least 3 experience of Admin work (Service & Sales coordination), person with scientific instrumentation Market preferably in microscopy field will be preferred.
