Key Responsibilities:
Core:
- Knowledge about warranty, AMC, CAMC obligations & invoicing.
- Knowledge of Order processing, Tender Submission, GEM, Payment Followup, EMD & PBG etc.
- Knowledge about GST, Invoicing, Customs Clearance, Inland Freight & Packing etc.
- Handling customer/distributor communication for Delivery and documentation.
- Exposure to Channel Partner management & working with a distributor
- Coordination with Customer, Dealer on delivery & other issues.
- Knowledge of SFDC/ SAP/Service ERP for Order Processing(Must)
- Knowledge of Finance rules like GST, TDS,TCS & finance reports.
- Capability of Handling communications with Japan Head office for order processing, delivery arrangement, etc
- Processing Vendor registration, PO & Payment.
- Payment Overdue follow up.
- Report generation related to service & sales tasks, Backlog, Order Intake, Pending payment, EMD status, PBG status, Vendor form and pendency chart etc.
- Ability to work as a team member with Service, sales & Application
Desired:
- At least 3 experience of Admin work (Service & Sales coordination), person with scientific instrumentation Market preferably in microscopy field will be preferred.
