Accounts Assistant_

Education / Experience (ANY ONE of the below):
- Basic degree
- Bcom or equivalent
- 12th standard pass with Accounts & Math + 12 yrs experience in accounting / cashier / stock management
Work areas:
- Stock take daily, weekly, monthly as per schedule
- Inventory and Order management
- Vendor management
- Bills and voucher management
- Petty cash management
- Monthly file submission to accounts / auditor's office
- Other related work items as required
Work with:
- Superior daily reporting
- Other teams such as production & packing daily coordination
- Accountant's office weekly or as required
- Auditor's office monthly or as required
Other EXTRA Skills - Additional, not necessary:
- Basic computer skills
Qualities:
- Works well with different teams and individuals
- Selfmotivated
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Respects the responsibility of the position
- Does not take leave without prior planning and information
