Import Documentation & Logistic Executive

  • Well versed with English with knowledge of Visual Impex/Live Impex software
  • Handling Import Documentation.
  • Handling FOB, CIF and C&F shipment
  • Knowledge of Normal B/E, In-Bond, Ex-Bond & HSS B/E.
  • Knowledge of Reimport and Reexport consignments.
  • Find H.S codes, Duty Structure with tariff book
  • Cocoordinating with Delivery Agents / Transporter for Delivery of Shipments & Planning for Delivery
  • Preparing Daily Status Report of Import Shipments
  • Regular communication with party over Mail and Personal contact
  • Updating Team for Shipment Status
  • B/E Filling checklist approvals
  • Tracing shipment status through websites
- liasoning with freight forwarders

  • Arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping line and freight forwarders
  • Co-Ordination with custom clearance dept for getting status and to avail required
  • Documents Filling Online Import Documents under EPCG,
  • Handling all Office work.

Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
