Description
Must Have working experience as a Printing Incharge or Supervisor in a garment manufacturing unit. For Table print and Machine print in Knit Garment.

  • Supervise the printing department operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of production schedules.
  • Manage a team of printing operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with the production planning team to prioritize orders and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor printing equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of printed products to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain inventory levels of printing supplies and materials, coordinating with procurement to replenish stock as needed.
  • Prepare production reports, including output volumes, quality metrics, and any issues encountered during the printing process.
  • Foster a positive work culture within the department, promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
