Golf Course Road, Gurugram.


Desired Experience: 1-5 years in Real Estate Sales


We are on look out for
Sales Manager for a real estate firm who are into luxury and ultra-luxury Apartments, plots, villas etc.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Should be able to sell property of ticket size INR two crore onwards;
  • The basic and the most important step is to identify the need and want of the customers and effectively analysis the Problem of the client;
  • To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements;
  • To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers;
  • To generate the Site visit report daily for professional follow up with Clients to make the booking;
  • Following up with potential clients for site visit or closer;
  • Maintain all client information uptodate with proper followups and coordinate with clients throughout the booking process.

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
