Should be able to design and deliver solutions based on the complex SAP environment prevalent.

Should be able to guide the FI team members in resolving day to issues and in preparing the FS

Should be able to articulate the solution details with the client's team and get their buy in to implement the same.

Very effective in communicating with the users and Business process owners

Should have worked on RICEFW developments / enhancements, etc., towards implementing Custom solutions for the identified Gaps. Minimum de-bugging skill set is an added advantage

Knowledge in User exits, BAPI and uploading tools like LSMW, BDC & LTMC coupled with Strong exposure to Cutover Strategies.
Should have worked in Multi unit scenario viz., multiple Company codes, Plants, etc.(over 100 of them)
Should have ability to propose Solution design for complex Business Scenarios duly considering the implications on the integration front
Should possess Realtime and Indepth understanding of availability of System Standard Reports
