As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth functioning of our back office operations. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in back-office operations.
    • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of pest control operations is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
    • Handling back office operations, including document management and filing
    • Coordinating with different departments and ensuring smooth flow of information
    • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
    • Managing and responding to emails, queries, and requests
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Supporting the team in day-to-day administrative tasks
    • Assisting in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Handling incoming and outgoing communication in a professional manner
    • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
