Cleaning & restoration of sneakers, luxury handbags & all other kind of footwear are the main services offered by Sneakinn.

**Position- **Inspection Executive
Looking for individuals with innate customer service skills to provide detailed list of services and estimate to customers after inspection of incoming article(s).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Examining the incoming articles while following the standard inspection procedure.
2. Provide detailed list of services and estimate to customers after inspection of incoming article(s).
3. Quality check of complete article(s).
4. Upsell services to customers.
5. Resolving customer queries.
6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
Key Attributes include-
- Strong communication skills, proficiency to perform in a flexible work environment & indefatigable approach towards work.
Required skills:
- 13 years' experience in quality and/or retail of leather accessories and/or shoes.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands, high fashion, handbags, footwear and other leather accessories.
- Good aptitude skills, managing new customer queries.
- Team management.
- Knowledge of leather color, material and finish.
