As a Front Office Executive at Adirekha Ayurveda Pvt Ltd., you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience from their initial interaction with our organization.
Your role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our administrative processes.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, appointments, and facilities.
- Manage incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of practitioners' time.
- Maintain the appointment calendar and notify relevant departments of any changes or special requirements.
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients by addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Collect and record patient information accurately during checkin processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Work closely with the medical and support staff to maintain a cohesive and organized front office environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office software and handling basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fastpaced work environment.
- Present a neat and professional appearance.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold ethical standards.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
