Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage AIpowered lead generation tools and marketing automation platforms to streamline lead capturing and nurturing processes.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and segment leads for personalized outreach.
- Create compelling and engaging content such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics to attract and nurture leads.
- Track, analyse, and report on lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Strong datadriven approach with the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions and improve lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with AIpowered lead generation tools, marketing automation platforms.
- Indepth understanding of the real estate market, trends, and client behaviour.
- Proficiency in utilizing various online channels for lead generation and building brand awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and interact with potential clients effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously.
