Job Summary
We are looking for a bright and driven IT Service Desk L3 who has a penchant for technology.The position focuses on providing advanced technical support related to Azure/Office365 issues beyond Level 2 capabilities.
Serve as the main escalation contact for complex incidents,
Analyze troubleshoot advanced incidents ensuring quick resolution
Provide training mentorship to Level 2 agents,
Document procedures troubleshooting steps solutions
