Customer Support Associate - Gurgaon, India - Global Employees
Description
Time: 9 PM to 6 AM- Utilize IDW's systems to stay updated on products, services, and customer service policies.
- Escalate and document interactions when needed, forwarding information to Website Administrator.
- Monitor customer support inbox for recurring issues and escalate to Website Administrator as appropriate.
- Offer recommendations for new products/services and suggest improvements based on identifying relevant features and benefits.
- Engage in training opportunities provided by the organization or external entities.
Experience:
- Preferred: 2+ years of previous customer service experience.
- Possess a friendly and welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients and customer service team members.
- Familiarity with customerrelationship management (CRM) software programs, including Groove.
- Familiarity with Shopify platform or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Proficient command of written and verbal English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations.
- Willingness to collaborate with customers and management to resolve issues.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
