is a last mile distribution network. The network is currently spread across 100 cities, servicing 3000+ pincodes. We deliver over 150,000 orders every day using our delivery partner network of 4000+ people. Our ARR is over USD 15 Million.

We design and implement solutions that address distribution and warehousing needs of our customers. We do last mile distribution for brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Quikr, Udaan, FedEx and DHL.

The team is headed by founders from IIT, ISB, XLRI, Cornell who have extensive experience in building teams and businesses.

ROLE:

The Cashier is responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly by maintaining accurate records of cash collected, delivery details, Proof of Delivery or to keep track of all receipts, transactions and other records.

Cashiers have to follow company policies and procedures related to Cash Collection and Comply with all the safety standards and guidelines.

EDUCATION:
Any Bachelor's Degree.


PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
Minimum - 3 years of Accounting Experience in an Ecom Industry where they dealt with CMS Personnel.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurate Record maintenance at Vehicle Level of Cash Collected Vs Cash Pending.
• Mandatory Cash Record closing for all the Delivery Vehicles for the Day.
• Objectivity while making Cash Entry on System
• Cash not acceptable by CMS should not be collected.
• Cash Deposited to the Bank Personnel should match the Cash Collected previous Day.
• Cash Deposit Receipt given by CMS to be uploaded on System immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of Cash Collected, including delivery details, Proof of Delivery or any other issue encounter.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to Cash Collection. Comply with all safety standards and guidelines.
• Maintain Cash controls and submit all received uncounted cash to the bank as per CMS alignment policy.
• Balance the cash by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shift share report to respected stakeholders.
• Maintain correct cash balances, cash registers, maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Sort, count, wrap coins and currency to keep track of all receipts, transactions and other records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Having prior Accounting Experience
• Prior Experience in an Ecom Industry where they dealt with CMS Personnel
• Having good Understanding of ERP Systems related to Accounting Module
• Must have excellent Time management and organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
• Should have Advanced Excel Knowledge & should be able to Automate Reports as much as possible.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
• Prior Experience in a Logistics industry would be an added advantage.
