• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, backlog review, iteration planning, release planning, and retrospectives.
• Monitor dependencies and risks to ensure timely resolution and/or escalation to reduce bottlenecks and maintain steady flow of work Experience with Agile Management Tools.
• Handle end to end release process.
• Understand and coach/train fundamental principles (e.g., Story mapping, Estimation, flow, systems thinking, Lean, etc).
• Communicate the status of the project throughout the project lifecycle to Stakeholders
• Participate and contribute to the product planning, roadmap, and release plans.
• Identify project risks and issues, communicate and work to resolve in accordance with best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master/ Product owner/Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Experience in SAAS and Cloud based environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with product management methodologies.
• Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and ceremonies.
