As a Features Editor, you will work with us to shape the future of feature story publishing.

You will be responsible to grow and engage our readers, viewers and listeners with compelling digital content across segments ranging from Lifestyle, Health, Gadgets, Entertainment and more.


What you'll do

  • Manage digital native publishing efforts across key segments such as lifestyle, health, gadgets and other areas.
  • Build and mentor a team of contributors, editors to create, curate and publish content in multiple formats for digital consumption.
  • Identify and develop new emerging segments to expand into.
  • Source and nurture sources for stories, features and exclusive content.
  • Schedule and manage a content publishing calendar across segments.
  • Edit, proofread, publish and mentor your team and engage with collaborators to create content in text, video, audio and image formats.
  • Create and develop a content pillar strategy around multiple segments.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the organisation

Who you are

  • Have at least 8+ years as an editor or a content marketing professional.
  • Worked and created content in segments such as Lifestyle, Health or similar areas.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Hindi and are adept with the nuances of the language.
  • Have studied journalism, communications or Hindi literature, or have demonstrable experience in Hindi news and content publishing.
  • Are conversant with social tools and products and are aware about how digital content is published and shared across social media.
  • Have handson experience with photo and video editing softwares, and are capable of creating content in multiple formats and lead your team by example.
  • Passionate about finding insights from various types of data sources.
  • Have excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills.

Negotiable based on experience and capabilities.


Salary:
₹448, ₹900,000.00 per year

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Feautured Content: 4 years (preferred)
Content Writing: 4 years (preferred)
News Reporting: 2 years (preferred)
