As a
Student Counselor at
EDFIL Learning, you'll focus on guiding students towards personalized learning paths, offering support, and ensuring their educational journey aligns with their goals.

Your role will involve understanding their needs, providing academic advice, and fostering a positive learning experience to enhance their success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess students' academic goals, challenges, and personal development needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to students in navigating academic programs, course selections, and career pathways.
  • Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty members to develop personalized learning plans for students.
  • Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, stress management, and other relevant topics to enhance student success.
  • Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and followup activities to track student progress and outcomes.
  • Serve as a resource for students seeking information on campus resources, support services, and community resources.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in student counseling and psychology to continually improve counseling services.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Psychology or related field.
  • Proven experience in counseling or advising students in an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine interest in supporting student development and wellbeing.
  • Knowledge of psychological theories, counseling techniques, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and administrators.
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics in counseling practices.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
