Description
Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Performs reasonable personal or ancillary tasks for Director.
- Collaborates with various staff and multiple departments.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Source office supplies and procure.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs as per the requirements.
- Liaising with internal departments, and making travel arrangements.
- Maintaining events calendar, and plan and execute the event.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
- Managing and outsourcing Vendors.
Qualifications:
Graduate and Above
Experience: 0 to 1 Years
Skills & Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust easily
- Proven track record of being highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Must be proactive, resourceful, adaptable/flexible, analytical thinker
- Should be smart / presentable with good communication skills
- Should have a long term commitment towards the agency
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
