Description
Requirement: 3-5 years experience with knowledge of import and export and document processes.Job responsibilities:
- Handling import and export paperwork as well as coordinating inland logistics from port to site.
- Populate logistics data by inputting from source documents in real time basis.
- Coordination and follow up with supplier on cargo readiness.
- Coordination with CHA, Frieght Forwarders.
- Manage the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders
- Prepare accurate bills of lading
- Satisfy air bills in a timely manner
- Communicate with van lines and airlines to ensure prompt pickup and delivery of shipments
- Arrange sameday deliveries whenever possible
- Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from our facility
- Track and analyze misshipments to ensure they don't occur again
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
- Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
Salary:
₹50, ₹90,000.00 per month
