PURPOSE Looking for Executive material will oversee the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of material according company needs and customer reequipments
EDUCATION:
Any Bachelor degree related field
EXPERIENCE:
1 to 3 years
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Proficient with inventory reporting system.
- Appropriate organizational, leadership and planning skill.
- Good in verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of recordkeeping practices.
- Knowledge for safety practices.
- Knowledge of Supply chain and inventory management system.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Purchase (Material) and Sales booking in tally.
- Maintain relationship and negotiate with suppliers.
- Quality and Quantity check of Inward and Outward materials.
- Material dispatch as per order or list.
- Arrangement of Transport, courier, and App base services for Inward and Outward material.
- Stock checking and Reporting.
- Establishing systems of Stock and Implementation new tools and techniques for Inventory management.
- Establishing system and SOP for Purchase.
- Establishing system SOP for Assemblies of parts.
- Supervise, evaluate subordinates.
Report +Review:
Taking and Giving.
- Directs production planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts.
- Implementation of 5S in workplace/warehouse.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REPORTS TO:
Operation Manager
LOCATION OF WORK:
S, N,-53/1 Nere Dattawadi (Near IIMS College)
Tal:
Mulashi,Dist Pune
SALARY RANGE 15,000/- to 25,000/- (It will depend upon skill set)
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
