Processing new claims notifications received. Operate as a seamless part of client.

Carry out the following processes:
Record keeping - recording/transposing/accessing information/records. Information checking - providing accurate checking of information based on knowledge of administrative/technical procedures.
Administration/processing - maintenance of a number of procedures associated with the work of the area. Pro-actively support the Assistant manager in the achievement of the team objectives. Plan, prioritize and manage personal workload. -Interpretation and use of company policies and processes to carry out activities. -Information Technology - inputting/updating and accessing information from a variety of systems/packages.
Ensuring that Compliance standards are met, regarding Data Protection, accuracy, TAT i.e. contribute in improving the existing work process by reducing customer complaints and increasing customer satisfaction. Timely validation of claims and adequate control on effective claim cycle.
