Customer Service Executive

b) Communicate in a modern & intuitive way for all the branding & marketing campaigns.

c) Addressing the chatbot queries by providing stellar customer service.

d) Create & send sequence of automated messages that are required to reply at certain intervals.

e) Initiate conversations with people, who have seen the ads & are interested in our materials.

f) Engage in two-way conversations to build the trust with customers.


Compensation & other details:

Work location:
HRBR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Working from office role (Hybrid or WFH is not permissible). Mandatorily should be able to read, write & speak in Kannada.

Creative, organized, positive attitude, self-motivated with attention to detail


Salary:
3.0 to 4.2 per annum depending on last drawn & experience.


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
