Assistant Store Keeper - Navi Mumbai, India - Hind Rectifiers Ltd.
Description
Verifying the order details, including items, quantities, delivery address and any special instructions- Checking the availability of the items requested and notifying the customer of potential delays along with an estimated delivery date if there is insufficient stock
- Packing the items from the warehouse or storage, and transporting them to the store centre
- Packaging and labelling the items, including the customer's name, address, order number and any other details to ensure seamless delivery
- Arranging for transportation of the item to the nearest depot or coordinating with a thirdparty logistics company for the shipment of the items
- Recording the details of each step to provide realtime order status updates to customers
- Updating the order status once the delivery is complete and maintaining proper documentation of the shipment, including invoice, confirmation of delivery and payment details
- Asking the customer for feedback regarding the order and the shipment, and addressing any concerns they may have
- Handling the process of returns or exchanges by checking the return policies, verifying the condition of items and arranging for the return shipment
Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
