Job Description:

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

3+ Years of Experience on IT Infrastructure experience, 2+ years of handson AWS Cloud Experience (Must)
Implementation of Cloud Database (RDS-Postgres/Aurora), Document DB, Dynamo and Elastic cache solutions for Invesco.
Provide support to operate and support mission critical infrastructure services to all consumers in Invesco which are in the scope of the BEF and/or COE, ensuring their stability and integrity.
Automate monitoring tools to monitor system health and reliability to support high uptime requirements
Automate infrastructure in Amazon Web Services with Terraform and Automation techniques.
Automate backup and restoration processes and test the recovery of those backups on a regular basis
Define and implement efficient endtoend provisioning of automation solutions
Build CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of both large

- and small-scale systems

Performs code reviews.
Hands on experience of installing & configuring Windows servers and Linux servers
Strong Experience of monitoring solution like Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, Splunk,
Strong Experience in ITIL & Agile framework, should be able to work on ServiceNow & JIRA ticketing tools.
Implement and maintain Cloud Production infrastructure requirements
Ensure timely and costeffective maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure required.
Ensure a high integration of infrastructure/security components
Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Operations service scope in addition to accountabilities listed above in

Job Purpose:
Provides end-to-end analytical support to ensure the delivery of Service-related requests.

Communicates service requests to other IT resources that will be involved in fulfilling them. Responsible for defining, analyzing, planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of the availability of IT services.
Proactively improves service availability wherever possible and optimizes the availability of the IT infrastructure to deliver costeffective improvements that deliver tangible benefits to the business.

Formal Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent years of direct experience required
AWS Cloud Certified

Work Experience:

3+ years of AWS experience implementing global enterprise solutions
In depth knowledge of AWS services such as IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, Redshift, Sagemaker, Elasticsearch, Athena, Glue, Kinesis
Experience building Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation and/or Terraform
Proficient in Python
Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Bitbucket Pipelines or Jenkins

Experience in Containerization

Docker, Kubernetes
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience with big data analytics solutions preferred
AWS Certified

Knowledge/ Abilities:

Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and communicate throughout the organization with a variety of individuals at all technical levels is required.
Knowledge of mutual fund industry, data and processes preferred.
Passionate about identifying and solving problems for customers and constantly improving customer experience.
The ability to collaborate in a distributed team environment is critical, as well as leading crossfunctional meetings to efficiently drive desirable outcomes.
Understanding of Agile/DevOps operating model.
Excellent problemsolving skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend practical solutions and implementation strategies.
Must have the ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fastpaced, demanding work environment following agile practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are a must.
Must have the ability to present technical presentations to both technical and non
