About the work from home job/internship
As an Intern in our Influencer Marketing and Business Development department, you will be responsible for a range of dynamic and impactful tasks:

• Work on influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to elevate brand visibility.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in the industry.
• Assist in building and optimizing our affiliate program, bringing on high-performing partners.
• Attend relevant industry events for networking and business growth opportunities.
• Conduct thorough research on industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users.
• Uphold strong negotiation standards while structuring campaign deals.
• Design and structure strategic campaign closures, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Generate comprehensive reports on community sentiment, trends, and insights for improvement.
• Ideate, strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Provide guidance to influencers regarding creative briefs, content, and approaches.
• Contribute to content strategy and assist in content marketing initiatives.
• Manage P&L and deliver accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities.

Additional Information

Stipend structure:
This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of profit).
