    Description

    GyanSys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics/Azure Director to lead our analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, preferably with expertise in MS Azure and SAP, capable of engaging with clients, creating proposals, and driving the growth of our practice.

    Role: Data Analytics/Azure Director

    Location: Bangalore, India

    Responsibilities:

    · Lead and manage the data analytics team, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction in executing projects.

    · Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide insights, and develop tailored solutions.

    · Create and present proposals, leveraging expertise in data analytics to address client challenges and opportunities.

    · Drive the growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships.

    · Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and successful project delivery.

    · Utilize hands-on technical expertise in MS Azure and SAP to contribute to project implementation and problem-solving when required.

    · Oversee presales activities, including scoping projects, defining project plans, and estimating resources.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.

    · Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

    · Proven experience of 8-10 years in a senior role within data analytics, with expertise in MS Azure and SAP.

    · Demonstrated success in engaging with clients, building proposals, and driving business growth.

    · Strong presales experience and technical proficiency to understand and contribute to project implementation.

    · Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    · Exceptional comprehension skills to grasp client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

    · Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a team to achieve goals.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Certifications in MS Azure, SAP, or other relevant technologies.

    · Experience in managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

    · Proven track record of delivering successful data analytics projects.
