Responsibilities
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide ongoing recruitment support
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
- Day to Day Data updating in the G Sheet.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in nonIT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Job Types:
