Collect and examine customer satisfaction and feedback- Conduct the customer loyalty plans.
- Examine the market trends to improve the offline marketing activities.
- Execute the brand campaigns.
- Generate customer awareness.
- Implement activities to deliver a consistent customer experience
- Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer loyalty.
- Implement the brand communication plans
- Must have three years experience as Brand Executive in Branded Showrooms
- Preferably from the branded footwear industry
- Good experience in customer care, business development, stock handling, daily sales report, MS-Office practical knowledge
- Pleasing personality with good command over English and Malayalam
- Salary plus good sales incentives
