    Job Description:

    We are seeking to hire a dynamic individual to oversee our factory unit in Delhi. The ideal

    candidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the furniture division, with a

    strong understanding of operations related to furniture hardware, wood, and sourcing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth production processes.
    • Oversee inventory management, and coordinate with the procurement team to place orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Handle administrative functions related to factory operations, including dispatches.
    • Act as a guide for sourcing new products and materials required for production.
    • Work closely with the team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Availability to work 6 days a week to meet production demands.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in the furniture division, with a focus on operations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry operations.
    • Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of factory operations and safety protocols.
