Karchobi (a unit of Uptown Galeria Clothing) is a leading boutique retailer in women's fashion in Gurugram; dedicated to providing our customers with the latest trends and high-quality clothing options.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our success in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate for women's clothing, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, managing orders, organizing stock, and creating an appealing visual merchandising environment.

Your exceptional interpersonal skills, fashion knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be key to achieving sales targets and ensuring the store's success.

Responsibilities:


Counter Sales:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Understand and assess customers' clothing needs, offering personalized recommendations.
Provide exceptional product knowledge and style advice to enhance the shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting the right clothing pieces, sizes, and accessories.


Customer Handling:
Build strong rapport with customers to understand their preferences and shopping history.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and product returns in a professional and customer-centric manner. Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary. Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.


Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
Maintain an organized record of customer orders and follow up on their status.
Collaborate with the inventory team to check product availability and inform customers accordingly.


Stock Management:
Receive, unpack, and properly display new merchandise on the sales floor.
Monitor stock levels and identify items that need replenishment or removal.
Organize and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring proper labeling and categorization.


Visual Merchandising:
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing and attractive displays.
Ensure that merchandise is presented neatly, with proper signage and pricing information.
Regularly update displays and product arrangements to reflect new collections and promotions.


Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in women's clothing or fashion retail.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and women's clothing styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to organize stock efficiently.
