Ambedkar Schools of Specialised Excellence are choice-based schools for grades 9 to 12 that allow students to specialise in their chosen fields of study.

The Government of NCT of Delhi has established Dr. B.R.

Ambedkar Schools of Specialised Excellence in order to cater to students who have a demonstrated interest and aptitude in specific domains.

About the Role:


Position Overview:

Field Associate offers an exciting prospect for young minds to support our program managers in coordinating program management and driving daily operations across diverse workstreams.

A key component of this role entails conducting routine visits to schools for classroom observations, training sessions, and occasional participation in special programs to collect valuable insights and feedback.

Additionally, this role involves actively managing relationships with stakeholders within the school setting.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to schools to observe classrooms, training programs and special initiatives as required to gather insights and feedback.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with multiple stakeholders in schools such as teachers, principals etc.
• Collaborate with program managers to organize and manage various tasks within the program.
• Assisting in research and data collection efforts aimed at monitoring and evaluating program outcomes. This could entail conducting surveys, organizing focus groups, or employing various data collection approaches.
• Responsible for documenting field activities, along with generating reports that detail the initiative's progress and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education is preferred, along with 02 years of work experience in the consulting, government, or education domains. Fresh graduates and individuals with limited experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), along with experience in documentation, report writing, and presentation.
• Skillful coordination and relationshipbuilding with various stakeholders in schools and project teams at the state office.
• Good analytical capabilities, with the ability to comprehend, manipulate, and extract insights from data
• High level of spoken and written fluency in Hindi and English.

Salary:3 Lakh + LPA**
