Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the consumer brands/D2C brands space in India.
  • Identify and generate leads through proactive outreach.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decisionmakers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our IT services or solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure excellent delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing valuable insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the ecommerce solutions space.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring effective communication of progress and sales pipeline status to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in sales, specifically in technology solutions, with a focus on ecommerce.
  • Strong network and experience selling to marketing heads/ ecommerce heads, or IT heads of consumer brands/D2C brands in India.
  • Proficiency in lead generation using LinkedIn and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Highly energetic and selfmotivated individual with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive internal teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
