Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer experience.
- Understand and solve customer queries and issues.
- Excellent communication in English.
Other Information:
Shift Timings: 8 hours rotational shift
- 6 days working week with 1day rotational week off.
- Should have all relevant documents are required regarding the education and prior experience.
Interview Process (4 steps):
- HR Round.
- Versant Test Round (4,5 or 6).
- Client Round.
- Operations Round.
