Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer experience.
  • Understand and solve customer queries and issues.
  • Excellent communication in English.

Other Information:

Shift Timings: 8 hours rotational shift

  • 6 days working week with 1day rotational week off.
  • Should have all relevant documents are required regarding the education and prior experience.

Interview Process (4 steps):


  • HR Round.
  • Versant Test Round (4,5 or 6).
  • Client Round.
  • Operations Round.

Salary:
₹28,000.00 per month
