Job description:
- **We are looking for a UI/UX designer to join our Mumbai team (Currently remote) to build the simplest yet advanced, seamless platform to buy and sell Indian bonds. Indiabonds will get you an exposure to Metric led design, new feature build and website optimization. A mobile app design is also in pipeline.

Skills we are looking for
1- Technical Skills
a) Ability to understand business requirements and success metrics/objectives from stakeholders
b) Understand User needs and map business objectives to features
c) Ability to ideate and present 2-3 approaches to solve problems
d) Use existing design language and system to build UI (Desktop/Mobile) for new features
e) Co-ordinate with Dev team to ensure accurate development of the features
f) Use of Figma, XD with UI Basics (Visual contrast, proportion, Scale & consistency)
g) Ability to defend designs and take constructive feedback to move forward
h) Basic understanding & experience of remote usability testing.
2- Soft skills
a) Ability to communicate clearly
b) Open to constructive feedback & opinions from stakeholders
c) Ability to deal with ambiguity and make progress in designs
d) Manage multiple priorities with different deadlines
*You must have at least*a) 2-3 total years of experience in
Product Design:
would be great if 1+ years in Commission based business/website (experience in fintech would be highly preferred)
c) 1+ years in content and copy that goes in domain driven design.
d) 1+ years in design demos with the stakeholders.
e) Understand finance industry and it concepts
f) A project which demonstrates use of existing design system to create new designs
