This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced International Reservation Staff in Gurugram. The position involves handling flight reservations, hotel bookings, ground transfers, and visa requirements for corporate and incentive group travel.The staff member is expected to coordinate with various travel suppliers, vendors, and clients to provide customized solutions as per the needs of each client.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in international flight reservation, hotel booking, and travel itinerary management
- Expertise in using GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Galileo is mandatory.
- Knowledge of geography, travel industry norms, and regulations for international travel
- Proficiency in handling both domestic and international holiday packages
- Experience in handling large incentive groups and managing complex travel itineraries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
