Ability to lead & recruit relevant sales professionals to enable scaling up of the business including broking as well as WM products.
A real Team player with ability to motivate and encourage the reporting team to excel in performance and achieve results.
Provide customized solutions to the clients by evaluating their risk assessment and financial needs.
Secondary role is to cross sell wealth management products i.e. Mutual Funds both equities/debts, NCDs / Bonds, Insurance, PMS, structured products etc.
Sound understanding of Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS and alternative investments
Acquisitions of new clients and reactivation of existing clients.
Innovating and exploring new products from time to time to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
