    We are seekinga talented and creative Social Media & Content Manager tojoin our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will bepassionate about beauty highly skilled in social media managementproficient in content creation. This role offers an excitingopportunity to shape the digital presence of the brand and engagewith our diverse community of makeup enthusiasts professionals andinfluencers.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    SocialMedia Management:
    • Develop andexecute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brandvisibility engagement and growth across various platformsincluding
    • InstagramFacebook YouTube and emerging platforms.
    • Create andcurate compelling content including posts stories videos andgraphics tailored to each platform and audience segment.
    • Monitorsocial media trends insights and analytics to optimize contentperformance and drive meaningful interactions.
    • Manage thesocial media content calendar ensuring timely and consistentposting schedules.
    ContentCreation:
    • Conceptualizeproduce and oversee the creation of highquality visual and writtencontent including photography videos tutorials blogs articles andusergenerated content.
    • Collaboratewith internal teams influencers and creative partners to developengaging and onbrand content that resonates with our targetaudience.
    • Maintainbrand voice style and messaging consistency across all contentchannels and campaigns.

    CommunityEngagement & Management:
    • Foster andnurture relationships with our online community influencers makeupartists and brandambassadors.
    • Monitorand actively participate in conversations comments and messagesacross social media platformsrepresenting the brand withauthenticity and empathy.
    • Implementstrategies to encourage usergenerated content user reviews andtestimonials.

    CampaignManagement:
    • Plan executeand measure social media campaigns and promotions aligning withmarketing objectives product launches and seasonaltrends.
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to integrate social media initiativesinto broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    Analyticsand Reporting:
    • Trackanalyze and report on key social media metrics performance KPIs andcampaign results.
    • Usedatadriven insights to inform decisionmaking optimize contentstrategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    PhotographySkills:
    • Capturehighquality product images production photos & videos andbehindthescenes content for social media website and marketingmaterials.
    • Demonstrateproficiency in photography techniques including lightingcomposition and editing. Ensure visual consistency and adherence tobrand guidelines in all photography assets.

    Theresponsibilities may extend beyond the scope mentioned.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or relatedfield.
    • Provenexperience in social media management content creation digitalmarketing and photography preferably within the beauty fashion orlifestyle industry.
    • Strongunderstanding of social media platforms trends algorithms and bestpractices.
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detailand aesthetics.
    • Ability tomultitask prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment. Creative thinker with a passion for beauty makeup andcosmetics.
    • Experiencewith influencer marketing community management and social mediaadvertising is aplus.

    Post Graduate or equivalent qualification. Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration or relevant field preferred. A minimum of 5to 7 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in amanagerial role. Strong leadership and customer managementabilities. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge ofbasic business management processes. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
