    Appian Developer

    Position's Open : 5


    Location :
    Hyderabad/Visakhapatnam


    • Immediate Joining or Availability within 1 Month Required

    Experience & Skills :

    Responsibilities :

    Appian Development :

    • Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian platform.
    • Ensure applications are scalable, robust, and follow best practices.

    Database Management :

    • Work with MySQL and MariaDB databases to create tables, views, and stored procedures.
    • Ensure database designs are optimized for performance and reliability.

    Certification and Expertise :

    • Hold a minimum of Appian L2 certification.
    • Apply certified knowledge to enhance application functionality and user experience.

    Communication and Collaboration :

    • Interact effectively with architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
    • Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to nontechnical stakeholders.

    Agile Methodologies :
    - (Nice to have) Experience leading teams and working in Agile environments.

    • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

    Continuous Improvement :

    • Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance applications and processes.

    Requirements :

    Experience :

    • Minimum of 6 years in IT with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Appian development.

    Certification :

    • Appian L2 certification is required.

    Technical Skills :

    • Proficient in MySQL and MariaDB, including creating tables, views, and stored procedures.
    • Strong understanding of Appian architecture and best practices.

    Soft Skills :

    • Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Experience leading a team.
    • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
